The development of mobile Internet can lead to industrial value migration and commercial model changes,so the operators are offering customers more important service and refined maintenance,and the customers ask the operators for more and more requirements.Operators will change the customers' service from face-to-face traditional way to online and offline sustaining way,which means in the new situation,whether online or offline,active or passive,the whole channel of the contact points must undertake the burden of customer service maintenance and user management.Therefore it sets higher requirements of the stock management system.In order to solve these problems,the operators will improve the service capability,online service capability and applying ability to this platform.This paper uses a big accurate marketing data modelto analyze the inventory management informationsystem.The paper explains the following three aspects:the system requirement analysis,system design and system implementation.First of all,in the demand analysis part,it analyzes the demand from the enterprise precision stock management information system to support to complete the main functional module design,followed by the system design part,respectively,it designs at length from the functional description,data description and processing process module;at last,on the basis of the completion of the design,it enters the system implementation part of the functional module to describe the form of presentation.Therefore,we shouldimprove the service of management refinement,and know how to manage to the online and offline,improvethe product and marketing policies,channel policy and other related.Considering the customers' demand,use a big data platform and data mining technology to customers for targeted,personalized marketing and implement the inventory management of telecommunication operator support system to Implement the cycle precision marketing to customers and improve the effect of inventory management.
