Research And Realization Of Process Data In The Interactive Electronic Technical Manual

Interactive Electronic Technical Manual(IETM)is one of the important technicals of Continuous Acquisition and Life-cycle Support(CALS),becoming more and more popular between the maintance staff because its advantages of intergrating difference data source and favourable interactive function. IETM not only enhances the efficiency of equipments fault insulate,fault maintance accuracy rate,management of technical materials,but also brings economic benefit. Along with the equipment’s complexity and accuracy increasing,staff researches IETM more deeper, especially about the Process Data Modules(PDM). Only PDM can reflect the nucleus interactive of IETM,other data modules could not get this function.PDM organizes difference data modules, such as description, procedure, fault data modules. This paper will begin to research from three facets: integrate PDM information in the IETM, research the content and fuction of equipment; based on S1000 D standard and our reality actuality, create the requisite Schema model; design logic engine;design and realize the system functions of authorized, demand, browse, interactive. The following is the content of this paper:(1) Analyzing and neatening the function of process data module. The existing materials origin from civil and military planes’ maintance manuals, fault manuals, technical specification,being as paper characteristic or PDF. Data modules diatinct with together, has no statute. So this paper settles and classifies the data information in existence materials.(2) Establishing the Schema model of the process data module. This paper based on S1000 D, referencing requirement of system partition and data modules authorized,used XML to describe data information.(3) Storaging and displaying the process data information. This paper uses native XML database to storage data modules, using CSS and XSL to assign the page style,displaying the information. Ajax can realize the function of local refurbish.(4) Researching the interactive of process data module. This paper illustrates equipment’s engine system, achieving process data module’s description, dialog, reference modules function, and carrying out the modules authorized, demanding action.(5) Designing and exploiting process data module in IETM. This paper deals with data module,storaging and displaying information,and realizing the CGM management. The system can achieve browsing and basically interactive function.
