The traditional data acquisition technology is limited by the passiveness of the acquisition method,and there are widespread problems such as poor timeliness and weak targeting.In the cutting production scenario,the data is dispersed in different systems,the consistency is poor,the amount of data is large,and with the inefficient search and great difficulty.The active push technology is initiative and real-time,which helps to improve work efficiency,and it is of great significance to study the active push mechanism and technology of cutting data.In recent years,the development of intelligent terminals and internet technologies has provided new ideas for the research of data push systems.Based on the absorption of relevant domestic and international achievements,this thesis analyzes the similarity between the process of cutting data push and the process of body immunity.According to the concept of affinity in immune algorithm,combined with case-based reasoning,Hamming distance method,entropy method,an inference mechanism was proposed that actively pushes the cutting data to match with the data requirements.Then based on the artificial immune mechanism,the cutting data push model was designed and constructed,and the related concepts of antibody,antigen,antigen recognition and immune cells were redefined,that completed the matching of cutting data and data requirements.According to the similarity between the cutting data push and the human immune mechanism,combined with the traditional immune algorithm and case reasoning,the cutting data demand model,the cutting data requirement and the data matching reasoning mechanism in the cutting data push model are introduced in detail.In addition,based on the Android platform,the cutting data active push system of mobile terminal is designed and developed by using MySQL database and MQTT(Message Queue Telemetry Transmission)protocol in this thesis.The system adopts C/S architecture,and the client includes server connection module,message receiving module,message pushing module,task information viewing module,database query and maintenance module,user registration login module and user management module.The server side includes client connection module,message receiving and pushing modules,data storage modules,data parsing and packaging modules.The system can realize the push and receive of data and messages between personnel in various departments in the cutting process scene,as well as basic cutting database query and maintenance functions.The cutting data push system designed and implemented in this thesis can realize the active push of cutting data,complete the query and maintenance of cutting database,and improve the query efficiency and reduce the maintenance cost.
