With the increasingly active real estate market,the accumulation fund business in Shanghai has developed rapidly.The old provident fund Loan repayment management System is mainly composed of 19 commercial Banks,housing real estate guarantee companies develop individually,the owners is mixed,and the synergistic effect is poorer,As a result,Shanghai provident fund management center is difficult to credit business timely and effective supervision;In the current Internet era,provident fund business is characterized by high concurrent transactions and massive data,while the old version system is based on Sybase12.1platform,which is weak in processing massive data and cannot meet the rapidly growing development needs.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to build a new version systemThis paper discusses the realization from the following three aspects: the optimization of the business process,the architecture design of the system,the design realization and verification of the system.First,in the aspect of process optimization,this paper discusses the innovation in business mode of the new version system,it creatively puts forward the concept of "kong zhuan",that is,the repayment mode of "transferring accounts without transferring amounts",which avoids the interest loss to a certain extent.On this basis,Rearrange business processes to achieve automatic business audit.Secondly,In terms of system architecture design,MAA+Redis caching technology is used to reconstruct the system architecture,so as to ensure high availability and reliability of the system.In addition,design optimization and application module code optimization were carried out for massive data and ultra-high concurrency at the application level and database level.High availability was achieved through RAC technology,Through the Oracle Data Guard technology to realize the horizontal expansion of the database,the complex query is separated from the slave library,thus reducing the QPS load of the main library;The user static data is cached by Redis,thereby reducing the pressure of access requests to the primary library.Finally,the paper analyzing and implementing the system,and emphasized the performance optimization and verification of key application modules.The provident fund loan repayment project which studied in this paper is the key project of Promoting "Internet +" project in Shanghai.Its successful implementation will provide reference for the reform and development of information system of provident fund centers or government industries in other provinces and cities.At present,the system has been put online and passed the acceptance of superior departments,and has been running smoothly.The system not only saves the service fee generated by the specialized bank data inspection and voucher supplement verification,but also greatly saves the formalities expense to the entrusted institution,and fully realizes the economic benefit.In addition,the system also simplifies the business process,reduces the response time of business requests,and improves the ability of service.
