In today’s society,the car is becoming more and more close function of electronic units and the overall trend,the reason is that in order to deal with the energy shortage problem more and more serious,satisfy the consumers of energy conservation and environmental protection,safety,comfort,and simple effectiveness and a series of relevant aspects of a higher standard.As car continuously strengthen the mechanical and electrical integration and extension,now used in automobile driving and unit control motor more and more,if the weakness is brought by the traditional motor cost and volume will be big,cause greater power consumption.With the development of brushless dc motor(BLDC)motors,its has more advantages compared to the traditional motor,so the future will be more widely used in industry especially,as in automotive engine cooling fan,air conditioning and other supporting products drive.This design will be used in car engine cooling brushless dc electric fan as the research target,the internal winding brushless dc fan structure,start the features.And,the study of the internal windings of brushless dc fan and the number of number of stator winding and rotor phase,the analysis of the driving circuit of brushless dc motor and commutation control principle,establish the integral equation of brushless motor.Then choose not to bring a hall sensor brushless dc fan the overall control scheme,including control strategy choice,the choice of main chip,the design of the hardware modules work.In the Cube-suite + environment,the C language is used to complete the writing of the control software program.Under laboratory conditions,the use of the software and hardware and dc power supplies,oscilloscopes and PC structures,the whole test system,through debugging,complete brushless dc electric start,speed and stable operation of the fan.An increase in the number of global car brings resource depletion and climate warming,and a series of problems,in line with the view point of reducing energy consumption,the application of brushless dc motor is a kind of trend.This design chooses is low voltage driver brushless dc fan,guarantee the reliability of the system based on driver design,improve the level of integration reduce power loss.The advantages of this design lies in the design of the control system with low power consumption,small volume as the goal,so this design in chip selection,hardware design of control circuit are taken into consideration,it saves the cost and reduces the power consumption...
