Satellites and unmanned aerial vehicle ect.demand higher and higher data transmission rate in the process of communication,and need to avoid the influences that may lead to abnormal transmission at the same time.In order to solve these problems,on the basis of adaptive communication system,a decision system based on adaptive communication system has been designed,which combine the method of cognitive radio,so it can provide optimized plans for transmitter.The decision system is divided into two parts.The first part is host computer software which is implemented on PC,and the second is high-speed data transmission interface between PC and FPGA board.The host computer software is implemented on the PC platform.It integrated the driver of high-speed transmission interface,and provides visual interface for users to participate in the transmit decision.The decision has been made according to the current radio environment and the user requirements,and the decision function depends on intelligent decision algorithm.The decision algorithm adpoted by decision system includes spectrum allocation algorithm based on improved quantum genetic algorithm and spectrum decision algorithm based on NSGA-II multi objective optimization.Through the simulation test under different conditions in Matlab,it is proved that the improved spectrum allocation algorithm can obtain better network efficiency,and the spectrum decision algorithm can optimize parameters dynamically.PC and FPGA board in transmitter connected by PCIE high speed bus interface.The decision basis and results are transmitted by PCIE,which achieves the data exchange between PC and FPGA.High speed transmission is implemented by DMA of PCIE bus on FPGA board,and the highest speed of read and write can reach 5.87GB/s.According to the interference,spectrum environment and user requirements,the decison system can select modulation mode and transmission band dynamicly,achieve the optimal minimum error rate,minimum signal power and the maximum data rate of three communication purposes,and it provides a research approach for the design of intelligent decision engine in cognitive radio environment.
