In information age,wireless communication business develop rapidly,but there is a great contradiction between the growing demand and the limited available spectrum.How to improve utilization of spectrum idle and solve the shortage of spectrum resources is particularly important.As a result,cognitive radio technology emerge.In a complex electromagnetic environment,it is important to improve the utilization of spectrum idle and make rational use of existing spectrum.The environment of cognitive radio development with low spectrum utilization and the spectrum holes,the rapid development of the information age,it is very important for wireless communication to make reasonable use of free spectrum and increase the utilization of authorized spectrum at the same time.Based on the cognitive radio technology,in a complex wireless environment,satisfying various user needs at the same time,which can be seen as a mufti-objective optimization problem.For solving mufti-objective problems,using the swarm intelligent optimization algorithm which simulated the biological community.Researchers have called intelligent algorithms as swarm intelligent algorithm.Typical swarm intelligent algorithms including genetic algorithms,ant colony optimization algorithms,and so on.As an efficient optimization algorithm,swarm intelligence algorithm has been applied in robot applications,data mining and other applications in recent years and has a wide range of applications.This paper is based on swarm intelligence algorithm to design an intelligent decision algorithm with effective allocation of limited spectrum with learning,decision and cooperation capabilities.It can solve the problem that the radio system can dynamically change the corresponding parameters from the perceived spectrum environment to achieve user requirements.This paper uses intelligent decision-making methods to solve the problem of limited spectrum allocation,pushes the adaptive research of mufti-objective optimization problems into more intelligent areas,and at the same time solves other adaptive mufti-objective problems in cognitive radio environment.Introduce the mathematical model matrix of adaptive dynamic mufti-objective spectrum allocation for cognitive radio environment,and make the best use of cluster intelligence algorithm to effectively allocate limited spectrum.The dynamic mufti-objective intelligent decision algorithm based on the cluster intelligent algorithm design not only can serve other areas requiring effective allocation of limited spectrum,but also can provide solutions for complex tasks that need to solve dynamic mufti-objective problems.
