In recent years,with the rapid development of wireless communication services and the increasing demand of it,the shortage of wireless spectrum resources has become increasingly prominent.At the same time,the traditional method of static and fixed spectrum allocation is inefficient,which has aggravated the imbalance between supply and demand of spectrum allocation.In this context,cognitive radio(CR)technology came into being.The working principle of CR is to greatly improve the utilization of spectrum resources,by intelligently sensing the idle spectrum resources and managing the allocation in the system,and effectively solve the problem of spectrum resources shortage.In cognitive wireless networks,spectrum allocation and cognitive decision engine are two core technologies and also hot topics in this field.The module of spectrum allocation adopts spectrum sensing technology to acquire information of system environment,and then assigns the spare spectrum resources to cognitive users in order to improve the utilization ratio of spectrum resources.The main function of cognitive decision engine lies after cognitive users obtain its corresponding idle spectrum resources,by adjusting the parameters of cognitive users such as transmit power and modulation mode,the system users can make better use of spectrum resources for communication service.This paper focuses on the research of spectrum allocation and cognitive decision engine in cognitive radio.The main contributions and innovations are as follows:In previous research,some spectrum allocation algorithms of CR are easy to trap into local optimum,and have slow rate of convergence,we found the fireworks explode algorithm has strong abilities of parallel searching and global optimization.So in this paper,the fireworks explode algorithm is applied to solve cognitive wireless networks spectrum allocation problems.This paper initially proposed a scheme of spectrum allocation algorithm based on the fireworks explosion algorithm.Simulation results show that under the complex environment of cognitive radio network,spectrum allocation algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively improve the efficiency and fairness of system and also have good improvements in accuracy and speed of convergence.At present,there are few relevant research on cognitive decision engine,and adjusting operating parameters cannot meet users' communication needs in high quality.This paper develops a fusion algorithm of particle swarm algorithm and differential evolution algorithm,and takes advantages of coordinated search benefit of particle swarm algorithm and greedy selection strategy of differential evolution algorithm.This article proposed a cognitive decision engine scheme based on particle swarm evolutionary algorithm,the simulation shows that,in the selected multi objective evaluation system,the algorithm can effectively enhance the work efficiency and the performance of communication system.
