The Student Status Management System Analysis And Design

Administration of students’enrollment status is a comprehensive management work, which can offer services for academic management workers, teachers and students. It records all detail enrollment status information for every student in the school. Period of management ranges from registration to graduate. In recent years, school enrollment scale gradually expands, the credit system constantly promotes, the school size and the training method is moving toward the direction of diversification, and the school has formed several campus. This makes the amount of the student information increases dramatically. The traditional manual management methods cannot adapt to the new situation of the development of our school. With the development of computer science and technology, and the deepening of education reform, using computer to aid enrollment management is an urgent problem. Because of different teaching resource, different the concept and institution of teaching management for each school, so it is difficult to find a suitable software of enrollment management for our school on the market. The thesis designs an appropriate enrollment management information system based on the reality of our school.In this thesis, the most important work is to analysis the present computer technology and combine with the actual characteristics of the credit system management mode and colleges management system operated in Yunnan University, propose enrollment management information system based on the campus network. The thesis has detailed analysis and description of the enrollment management workflow. From data input, data output, data processing, and related database table, We design a new enrollment information management system based on new Brower/Web Server/Server Architecture. System functions can achieve the students basic information management, students registration management, enrollment transaction management, majors partition management and graduation audit management. Through system building, we achieve an efficiency enrollment information management system that adjusts to our teaching characteristics.
