Research On Aided Design System Of Antennas

With the rapid development of computational electromagnetics simulation software and antenna market demand,the demand of antenna design and simulation has also been increasing.The general design of the antenna mainly relies on experienced engineer who is responsible for computer-aided design(Computer Aided Design,CAD),designing,modeling,making a model and simulating it;then processing and testing sample,and inspecting whether it meets the design specification.The whole design process forms a closed-loop iterative design process with CAD,which relies heavily on the experience of antenna designer,so that the antenna design cycle is too long and full of repetitive work.In fact,for a long time,antenna design in the military and civil fields has a lot of successful design cases,which deserve antenna engineers to learn.How to design an intelligent system which organizes and deals with these data and serves for antenna engineers seems significant.The paper summarizes the traditional antenna design process,proposes the concept of aided design(Antenna Aided Design,AAD)which is oriented for antenna engineers and designed to simplify the antenna design process and shortens the development design cycle of antenna.The main work as follows:1)Research the antenna design tool of antenna AAD system and its organic link with system:a.introduce the concept of parametric design for commercial software HFSS,analyze the model file features,combining with the user's specific design requirements,use the script to generate the simulation files;b.design computing interface and storage interface for the antenna-platform layout design software(EMRC)developed by our research group.2)Research the main principle and method of bottom implementation of antenna AAD system.On the basis of HDFS architecture and HBase's characteristic and work principle,research data structure of single table,data storage on HDFS and data management on HBase;research specific program provided by database;3)Research the process of design guide of AAD system and demonstrate the aided design process antenna system with an example.In this paper,with design the three modules of the system,complete the basic function of the system,achieve the goal of antenna aided design.
