Rehabilitation training device is an important auxiliary tool for limb rehabilitation training.At present our country most rehabilitation training device or pure mechanical device,insufficient intelligence How to carry out the electronic control of rehabilitation training device,make the rehabilitation training device to the information and intelligent development,become the research focus of the health industry.This paper analyses the demand of rehabilitation training,aiming at a series of gas Shanxi aoruite health industry Limited by Share Ltd operated rehabilitation training device,design a master-slave control system of information.The system consists of three parts:embedded hardware control system,human computer interaction system and remote monitoring system.(1)Embedded control system.The system uses STM32F103 as the main control,through the detection of high frequency switch electromagnetic valve control and pressure sensor,to achieve closed-loop control of gas pressure of the cylinder;for the real-time detection of physical activity by displacement sensor;real-time motion detection of heart rate training through heart rate belt wear.Serial communication module designed to facilitate communication with the man-machine interaction system,the design of the Bootloader module,user-friendly online upgrade program.(2)Human computer interaction system.The system is equipped with Android operating system as a platform for the preparation of human-computer interaction system.Through the interaction with the embedded control system,the motion state parameters are displayed on the interface in real time.The wireless communication module is designed to communicate with the remote monitoring management system.(3)Monitoring management system.The system is developed based on the MFC framework,The patient information management module of HBase database based on the rehabilitation of patient information management;network communication technology,double buffering graphics technology and OSG technology for real-time motion monitoringmodule based on the human-computer interaction system and data exchange,a prescription issued by two-dimensional curve monitoring and 3D scene monitoring on the rehabilitation of another state hand.After the actual test,rehabilitation training control system to achieve the self training,training and training prescription online test system control requirements,improve intelligence and information of the rehabilitation training device,it has been recognized by the market,has a certain social and economic benefits.
