Due to the particularity of medical information,the retrieval effect is not satisfactory,and the appearance of ontology makes the situation improved.In the process of building ontology,people should try to reuse the existing ontology,so as to achieve the purpose of building a comprehensive,correct and fast ontology,ontology heterogeneity can be solved by ontology mapping algorithm.Although there have been many research results of ontology mapping algorithm,but most of them focus on the design of similarity measurement principle,which is rarely concerned with other aspects.In this paper,the ontology mapping algorithm has been improved to overcome the shortcomings of the existing ontology mapping algorithm in the aspects of the overall semantic description,the security of the mapping process and the concept recognition increment,proposed Fuzzy Ontology Incremental Mapping Algorithm With Privacy Protection,used case data for classification and tested results,and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of this algorithm.This paper has introduced the background,purpose and significance and research status at home and abroad of medical information retrieval,from two aspects of theory and application illustrated the factors restricting the development of evidence-based medicine,emphasizing the necessity of the research content in this paper;based on the introductions of medical information organization form,highlighting the advantages of ontology in the description of medical information;through the analysis of the principle of ontology matching,the limitations of the existing similarity calculation has been obtained,therefore,the specific research ideas has been determined;through the analysis of the existing experimental resources and data support,it has been estimated that the problems that may be encountered in the research process,to a certain extent,to avoid the risk and enhance self-confidence.In order to improve the shortcomings of ontology similarity measurement at present,the concept of fuzzy has been added to the existing four element structure ontology,and a newfive dimension ontology has been formed,which enhances the ontology's ability of language description;In the mapping process,this paper introduced the idea of confusion and the appropriate similarity measure method,and has improved the security of the mapping on the premise of ensuring the correct mapping;In the process of concept recognition,the incremental recognition principle has been added,and the definition of undefined concepts in the ontology has been completed;Based on the above three points,this paper proposed an Fuzzy Ontology Incremental Mapping Algorithm With Privacy Protection,and described its working principle and implementation process.This paper through reusing relevant knowledge systems of Medical Subject Headings,Unified Medical Language System and International Classification of Diseases(Tenth Edition),constructed the ontology of "congenital heart defects" disease case,reappeared completely ontology mapping process,completed the concept identify and establishment of semantic network of electronic documents cases,enriched the medical domain ontology.And the prototype system has been developed in this paper,it used the case data of Department of Cardiology as a study object to test,the classification process was described,and the experimental results were analyzed,it shows that the proposed algorithm is effective and feasible.
