Since the new century,people's attention to social development is on the rise,public opinion has become a hot spot in the field of research and government decision-making reference.As an important subsystem of the whole social system,education has become more and more important to the importance of education public opinion.It has become a hot spot of scholars.Education public opinion as a set of educational space,around a certain educational events or related conflicts of interest,development and change,education subject held by the attitude,views and other subjective feelings of the collection,and the people are closely related.Based on the current Chinese education to study the public opinion of education,not only has the theoretical significance to promote the research and development of educational public opinion,but also has practical significance for creating good public opinion field for socialist modernization construction.In this study,the author analyzes the educational public opinion presented by the "China Education" and "Sina Weibo" in 2010-2015,which are the top ten educational hot news events.which are the main body of the discourse,the subject of the event,the tendency of the discourse,Time distribution and other dimensions of statistical analysis,in order to explore the changing trend of public opinion.The main framework of this study is as follows:Introduction section.The research origin,the research significance,the literature review and so on,are the research space and the research method of this research.The first part is on the basis of summarizing the research on public opinion and education public opinion,this paper summarizes the connotation and the composition of educational public opinion-the main factor,the object factor and the environmental factors,to show the characteristics of educational public opinion.In the second part,the paper analyzes the differences between the two topics in the distribution of the topic,the time distribution,the discourse tendency,the discourse subject and the area,and so on.To explore the changes of public opinion in China from 2010 to 2015,with a view to providing some ideas for the study of educational public opinion changes.The third chapter,the change of public opinion and its causes.From the development of educational public opinion events,changes in the process,to seek its changing situation,summed up the types of educational public opinion changes,and its influencing factors.The fourth part is the guiding strategy of education public opinion.Education public opinion crisis response to the sparse in the block,so this part puts forward the guiding strategy of publicizing the public opinion from the establishment and improvement of public opinion monitoring and early warning system,full attention,segment intervention,information disclosure,positive face,active guidance and de-crisis.
