Research And Development Of Oil And Gas Mining Rights Holder Information Analysis System

With the advancement of energy system reform in our country,the strategic position of oil and gas resources has become increasingly prominent,as oil and gas resources exploration and development of the direct person in charge of its,oil and gas mining rights holder related business information construction also need to be strengthened.The existing mining rights information system has the following problems:data multifarious,single analysis angle,monotonous way to display.Therefore,it is very important to develop a special topic information system which can fully reflect the status of oil and gas mining rights holders.Based on the present situation of mining rights information system at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing mining rights information system,designs the information analysis of oil and gas mining rights holder combined with spatial display and attribute data display,statistical analysis of single data business and comprehensive evaluation system.Based on ArcGIS API for JavaScript framework and Mapping Mashup model,enrich spatial interaction and attribute data display.With reference to the evaluation index of oil and gas resources in the past,combined with expert opinions,the comprehensive evaluation index system of oil and gas mining rights holder is established.Based on the space superposition analysis and statistical calculation,the concept of oil and gas resources abundance is introduced,and the grey relational model is used to evaluate the major oil and gas rights holders in our country.By collecting the thematic information of oil and gas rights holders,according to the mining rights holders have the status of the block and the scale of operation,the mineral gas rights holder is divided into the ordinary mining rights holder,the small mining rights holder and the potential mining rights holder.According to the business contents of different mineral rights holders,the functional requirements analysis is carried out to determine the system performance requirements and operating environment.Thus,the overall goal of the system is determined,and the system architecture,system functions and system database are designed in detail.Finally,publishing spatial data via the ArcGIS Server,using B/S architecture,Tomocat7.0 server,SQL Server database management system,MyBatis framework,SpringMVC framework,based on Eclipse development platform,the use of Java language to develop the system.Released oil and gas mineral rights information analysis system can achieve the following functions: to check the directory tree of oil and gas rights holders,analysis of oil and gas rights holders exploration blocks,analysis of mineral rights mining block,analysis of mining right person reserves,analysis of mining right people production,analysis of the workload of mining right person exploration,mining right person exploration investment analysis and comprehensive evaluation of mine rights holder and data management.
