Data mining is a process, it extracts implied valuable information and knowledge from the large-scale mass data, has been widely used in various fields of social, economic, production and life. But data mining has its limitations: the amount of data must be large enough to identify the expectations of the relationship. Gray system theory is a new method, it researches less of data, poor information on the uncertainty, it is precisely to compensate for this shortcoming of the data mining. Although the gray system theory have some defects, but data mining technology can overcome these problems.Stock market prices will be affected, the economy social cultural, political and other factors, has a very complex internal laws, the adoption of the previous forecast predicted the results are unsatisfactory. Because the stock market included the concept of gray, and has huge amounts of data, which requires two or a variety of forecasting techniques combined with the prediction of stock price. Can combine data mining techniques and the gray system theory, the two complement each other, the establishment of the gray data mining model. A lot of Scholars have research this model, this paper these introduce several of models, but these models can predict single data series, and can not predict a number of related sequences. In this paper, the above summary of previous results, the GM (1,1) in the gray system theory and artificial network with the establishment of a multi-series data prediction model, and verified by an example of this model. The first three models of domestic and foreign research to compare their own predictions, and then use the established model validation and comparison proved the feasibility of this model.
