Design And Implementation On Drugstore Chain Management System

In today's information society,reduce the cost and enhance the price can bring profit space becomes smaller and smaller,to guarantee the dominant position in the competition,we must more effectively using their own resources,comprehensive,accurately grasp the information,optimize the management.Information has become an important strategic resource of enterprises.As the development of information technology,information management system is widely used in many fields.Information management system can do information process rapidly and accurately.The implementation of information management system can wholly control the producing processes and operation conveniently,make sure the producing processes steadily and efficiently.The thesis surveyed the condition and requirements of Yu Zhao Lin.Ltd.Designed a information management system with convenience and comprehensive functions.This system can be easily handled by operators,and be maintained by maintainers.Several models are included in the system,they are : medicine information management,purchasing management,stock information management,sale management,customer-relationship management,supplier information management and finance report management.The system programmed with VB,and carry out database design by SQL Server 2008,thus,it is of high security and reliability.The main work of this thesis are:(1)Deeply survey the operation mode of Yu Zhao Lin.Ltd.Study related theory knowledge of drugstore management.(2)Finish the requirements analysis of Yu Zhao Lin.Ltd.And design a information management system based on the requirements,and this system include: purchasing management section,medicine information management section,sale management section,stock management section,customer-relationship management section,finance report section,supplier information management section and registration information management section.(3)Carry out each section with VB,and test the system wholly.
