3D printing is a kind of rapid prototyping technology,which is based on the digital file,through the layers of print,layers of form to build objects,print materials usually use powdered metal or plastic.In order to promote Anshan to take the lead in realizing the high-end equipment manufacturing industry incubation and aggregation,and associated backbone enterprises with high technical support,city information technology research center and University of Xi’an Jiaotong University,Dalian University of technology,university cooperation,propaganda of advanced technology,so that the design enterprise management personnel,understanding of college students,understanding 3D printing technology,to enhance the enterprise product innovation ability.In this paper,first of all,the 3D printing technology for a brief overview,summed up the 3D printing technology at home and abroad in the development of the status quo,as well as in other areas of application,and on the development trend of 3D printing technology to do a look.Through in-depth study of the desktop 3D printer structure and working process,analyzes the structure and the performance of the 3D printer nozzle,for printer nozzle clogging,printing effect is not ideal,intends to solve these problems by improving the printer head temperature control accuracy.Therefore,in the fuzzy mathematics theory is based on,using fuzzy control method,nozzle temperature control system framework design,and the structure of double input and single output fuzzy controller is designed according to the characteristics of the nozzle structure characteristics and temperature control and simulation using MATLAB software,get the better effect and meet the requirements of the stability of temperature control,and realizes the fuzzy control algorithm in the embedded microprocessor is presented in this paper.By comparing the product before and after printing can be seen,in the printer head to add fuzzy controller,the quality of the finished product is higher,the printing speed is also improved.
