The ordnance storehouse is the place used for incepting and storing and dispensing weapon equipment. The weapon quality is affected by two important factors that are temperature and humidity in the storehouse room. If the temperature and the humidity are controlled by allowable range, it is propitious to safety management and very important significance for safeguarding equipment provision and carrying out war preparedness storage and enhancing army battle effectiveness.The temperature and humidity control are always used in all fields such as industry, agriculture, military affairs, scientific research, daily life and etc. At present, the temperature and humidity control are usually used by traditional PID control method,but it is hard to get higher control precision and better control quality. With the rapid development of computer technology and control theory, the intelligent control tools were introduced into the temperature and the humidity control system, such as fuzzy control and neural networks control system and etc. For the multivariable control system, the change of one process variable would lead to the other variable change of the system. This kind of phenomena is named as coupling. If there were coupling among the variables, it would be very difficult to guarantee control quality of adjustment. The coupling between the temperature and humidity variable is stronger, therefore it is necessary to implement decoupling control for temperature and humidity effectively.The following research works have been completed in this paper.①Analyzed and compared the advantages of each kind of control algorithms such as PID, fuzzy control, P-FUZZY-PID and single neuron and etc based on ordnance storehouse room having properties such as nonlinearity, distributing parameter, time varying, large delay and multivariable coupling, and proposed a sort of I-Fuzzy-Smith control algorithm fitted for ordnance storehouse room environment.②Proposed a sort of control algorithm fused fuzzy control and static decoupling based on analysis for predictive decoupling and static decoupling and dynamic decoupling. The advantages of this algorithm are that it could eliminate coupling by direct decoupling in static state, and modify the unit decoupling efficient in dynamic state by means of decoupling loop.③Designed a two-dimension fuzzy controller with two input and single output based on the I-Fuzzy-Smith complex control algorithm. In which, the fuzzy control rule table has been completed by means of MATLAB simulation tool, the deviation E and its change rate Ec of temperature and humidity were selected as input variables, and U was selected as output of controller.④Built the simulation model under the MATLAB environment, the simulation results showed that the I-Fuzzy-Smith complex control algorithm and decoupling algorithm owned better control quality than the others.
