The international standard of IEC61131-3 is the first programming guide specification for industrial control system,and promotes the development of software design in industrial control system greatly.During PLC programming in industrial control programming platform,generally,the graphical programming languages use controls to express its graphical elements.So,the graphical programming controls are essential to PLC programming.In order to increase the safety of graphical programming control in engineering,we need to research the design of safety attributes of the control.But there are few related researches at present.Therefore,to develop a PLC programming platform which is better and lines with the IEC61131-3 standard,the graphical programming control with safety attributes is presented.The work of the paper is as follows:1)The IEC61131-3 standard and TC6 XML Schema structure which constrain the storage format of PLC project are introduced.They provide the basic model basis and attribute constraint specification for the research of control design.2)According to the commonness and importance of the graphical programming control in PLC programming platform,the safety attributes of the control are studied emphatically.After analyzing the requirement of the control's attributes and the safety for system,four safety attributes of the control:control digital fingerprint,control virus detection,control storage and control monitoring are proposed.3)The formal definition of control security attributes is given.And on this basis,the paper proposes a graphical programming control model with safety attributes which is the theoretical basis of control design.4)According to the control model,the safety attributes of control are designed from two aspects,one is the safety attributes of the control and the other is the safety attributes for the system.At last,it is proved that the research for the design of graphical programming control with safety attributes is practical by the error injection method and the programming test method,respectively,to validate the control's own safety attribute and control monitoring attribute in this paper.
