Design And Implementation Of Financial Management System For Sci-tech Company

The rapid development of information and network technology,promote enterprises' production and operation mode.Financial work should meet actual requirements of financial management,supervision,control and other aspects based on internet and information technology.Thus financial work should improve its' management ability,realize transparent management requirement,and meet actual requirement for financial decision.Financial work in small and medium size enterprise is selected as research background in this dissertation,in order to develop financial management information system based on software engineering theory.On the actual demand of financial management requirements,object oriented model is selected for system development.System development process include several stages of requirement analysis,system design,system implementation and etc.Feasibility of the system is analyzed from two aspects,which include technical feasibility and operational feasibility,thus to ensure that the system is comprehensive feasible.The system platform of.NET is selected as system development platform,SQL Server is selected as system database platform,and the system is divided into three layers.System functional features and performance features are analyzed,and system requirement model is established.System users are divided into several kind of participants,and participants' requirements are modeled by use case diagram.The system is divided into four modules of certificate management,salary management,fixed assets management,and account management.Based on system module division scheme,database structure is designed for every module,and database tables are created.Functions in every module are designed,classes and methods are acquired.In system implementation stage,functions are implemented,and system implementation results are acquired.In system test stage,based on system test methods and test cases,the system is comprehensively tested.Financial system developed in this dissertation is deployed in web server,and it provide technical support for financial standard management in small and medium enterprise.
