Design And Implementation Of Second Hand Housing Trade Platform System

With the continued prosperity of the real estate market and the rapid development of the Internet,the traditional real estate transaction is gradually moving from offline to online as customers have been used to look for real estate information through network and agents also have been mainly focused on the network promotion to look for potential customers.Currently the real estate information can be published by agents and be searched by customers online by "Fang.com" website,however,the real contract is still made offline.This brings a series of problems,such as the low users loyalty and the weak competitiveness.It is necessary to construct a real estate transaction system which can provide the management of resources and a closed-loop service to enhance the competitiveness.The system of this paper is designed according to current business requirements and implemented based on.NET Framework as using ASP.NET and SQL Server DB.This paper contains the detailed demand analysis,the general design,the functions and the implementation of system,etc.The system is based on B/S development mode.The client side deploys Nginx servers to balance the load as the system adopts the distributed processing mechanism.Memcache technology is also be used in this system in order to reduce the database pressure as well as to improve the performance of website.Through the system,real estate owners can manage their own housing resource information.The customers not only can sign the contract online,but also can track the progress of the transaction.The agents can manage their customers' information and complete the whole transaction procedure through the system.This system has enhanced the core competitiveness of "Fang.com" by satisfying the demands of house owners,costumers and agents,which achieved the initial requirement of the design.
