In the era of knowledge economy,human resource management as a new management theory and practice has been recognized by common in the west.How to improve the level of human resource management,is a matter of success or failure of colleges and universities.For the realization of scientific,rationalization of human resources management,the scientific method of game theory is applied in this article,in colleges and universities as the object,analysis and study some game problems of the human resource management in colleges and universities,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem.This article first conducted and the related concepts of human resource management.On the current situation of human resource management,on the basis of fully research and analysis,analyzed the human resource management in the process of recruitment,training,performance appraisal each link in the game of both sides game equilibrium,find the best strategy for about human resources management of colleges and universities,thus put forward the overall train of thought of university human resources management risk method.On the basis of theoretical guidance,using B/S architecture to develop based on the game theory of optimizing human resources management system.First of all,on the university human resources management system requirements analysis and general design,analysis the stakeholders of this system includes the personnel department and staff of the university,from the perspective of object oriented to this system is divided into teachers management subsystem and recruitment subsystem.Then,the paper introduces the system framework,and defined the function of each subsystem module.Finally,this paper used the object-oriented and structured design thought,on the design of the two subsystems in detail design,determine the application and key technologies of each subsystem,implementation of university human resources management system database design,develop and implement the whole system.Through the deployment and testing of system,it can be seen in this paper,the design and implementation of university human resources management system to implement including information management,professional title evaluation,training management,performance appraisal and compensation management,and the actual human resources management system was optimized by game theory.
