Most of the temperature control of the heating furnace has the characteristics of hysteresis and large inertia,which makes the accurate temperature control of heating furnace difficult.As a special kind of heating furnace,the temperature control of biochar carbonization furnace is more demanding.External factors will lead to changes in the parameters of controlled object,and if not modify PID parameters,the control effect is sometimes not satisfactory.Therefore,People need to adjust the PID parameters to achieve the desired control effect.Only relying on a set of parameters of traditional PID control can not meet the dynamic requirements in the field of carbonization furnace.Thus,based on the advantages of PID zero steady state error,the fuzzy control is introduced.The fuzzy control is a kind of intelligent control to imitate the human way of thinking,and the combination of the two can greatly improve the applicability of PID to avoid the case that staff adjusted PID parameters frequently.Based on the Matlab simulation,the transfer function model and the electrical model of the temperature control system are built,where the electrical model includes the using of PWM technology to control IGBT switch device to realize the continuous adjustment of output power of heater;At the same time,a time function model considering the reaction temperature of the biomass pyrolysis process was used in the electric furnace.The simulation results show that for the step input signal,the system with Fuzzy-PID controller fast response during the heating period and avoid overshoot;For the first-order rise type input signal,it has better tracking performance,meeting the requirements of accurate preparation of biochar.In the text,a temperature control system based on the Advantech's WOP-2070T control panel and ADAM-4022T is designed,and fuzzy control program was written in control panel.4022T as double loop PID controller can adopt the information of temperature and perform the function of output.In the process of this temperature control system,according to the real time feedback,the industrial control panel can modify the PID parameters in the 4022T to realize the fuzzy PID control.The system has the advantages of good human-computer interaction,wide application range and advanced temperature control strategy.
