Design And Implementation Of Recruiting The Party Member System Of Independent College Based On Workflow

As the fresh blood of the Communist Party of China as well as the basic support,party members among college students are an indispensable advanced group in the campus.They play a vital role because they promoted style of teaching and learning,and the overall aspects of school spirit.Compared with other colleges and universities,such as public schools and private schools,the rules and regulations of independent college are not all the same,because independent college adopts new educational institutions and models.Independent college has the following distinct characteristics:organizational structure and management is relatively independent;enroll new students separately and have a large number of students;teaching model is more complex and so on.In June 11 of 2014,the Central Committee General Office of Communist Party of China issued "The Rules of Recruiting Party Members of the Communist Party of China",which emphasized controlling of the total amount,optimizing structure,improving the quality and making an impact.In fact,it is required to implement the"one person one file,one matter one record,one step one review'.Therefore,in order to preserve the integrity of the entire work records and files for recruiting party members and other party affairs,it is necessary to implement the whole record including the records of every stage and every key point during the process of recruiting party members.While the staffs of party affairs have plenty of complicated work,they may be prone to missing data,processing lag and other issues.At present,most of the existing party affairs system is to maintain the basic information of party members,but cannot carry out management of the whole process for recruiting party members.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a system for independent college to manage recruiting party member.The main works of this paper are as the following:1.This paper makes a detailed analysis on recruiting party member system for independent college based on workflow,and haves full consideration of the function and nonfunctioning requirements of different users.In the requirement analysis phase use following methods:bring preliminary requirement planning through the use case analysis;having interviews with the staffs of party affairs of independent college;determining the requirement analysis after requirement seminars.2.This paper design the recruiting party member system for independent college based on workflow,which mainly includes four major functional modules:system management,announcements,recruiting party members and quantitative assessment.The workflow technology can is used to realize the automation of recruiting party members and in order to improve business efficiency and variable flexibility.This paper analyzes the main process of the recruiting party members in independent colleges and extracts the workflow model.The system is not only applicable to independent college.Under the premise of not to recode,according characteristics of the other colleges analyze and structure of workflow model and set other simple system configuration,then the system is also applicable.The system has good expansibility and flexibility.3.This paper follows the software engineering method,the system mainly uses ASP.NET technology and Server SQL 2008 database to code and develop.In addition,the system uses B/S structure,three layer architecture technology,and workflow technology and so on.In order to achieve a clear interface,simple operation,and to ensure that the system is easy to maintain and easy to upgrade.So that it also greatly lighten the burden of the client to the server,and reduces the workload of system maintenance.
