As information technology develops, web-based application systems arise, which are applied in each area in the society. Combining computer network technology with party member recruiting, we developed an real-time monitoring system, so as to improve the efficiency of party management, and this will be a process with innovation and exploration. In this paper, based on deep research, we propesed the system analysis for this system, described the process of the system design and development with object oriented software methods. The UML is used in the architecture of the Recruiting Party Member System for modeling, and the system architecture division and structure diagram for funtion modules is presented. The development of database in this system is based on the principle of database design. Through data dictionary and analyzing the entities and properties of the system, we introduced the relation diagram for the database. In the process of implementation, we described five functional subsystems and login procedure for user, and presented the main method of implementation. Combined with requirements for system function, we implemented the system through web-based MIS system analysis, using Microsoft SQL Server 2000, based on B/S structure, ASP technology and Web Server components. At last, through sumarizing the work of this project, we put forward the future work for the Real-Time Monitoring System for Recruiting Party Member. At present, this system has already been normally used, each function achieves the expecting effect. The practice indicated that developing the real-time monitoring system of Party member work will raise the efficiency of Party affairs administration, reduce the working cost, and promote the information modernization of Party affairs.
