The Design And Implimentation Of The Development Management System Of Party Members In Maanshan Technical College

With the continuous advancement of social and economic development, the pace of college enrollment is keeping increasing, which in turn increases the candidates ready to join Communist Party. Since a college is a place with strong staff mobility, the party members flow very frequently, therefore traditional management school party information system is becoming inconvenient recently. Generally, the number of Party members is great, and thereby the information is complex in various formats, which is hard to classify. While the data operators are changing frequently, the cost to re-search and organize the huge data is relative high. This is what contradiction exists between the current situation and the traditional management methods. To solve this kind of contradiction and make the school party information management system easy to manage and query, modern data management methods should be introduced into traditional system or a completely new development so that we can achieve the development of party members in adherence to standards, quality guarantee, structure improvement, and careful development.According to the actual situation of Party members in Maanshan Institute of Technology, this thesis will analyze the party management processes, develop and improve the party development management system of our college and state the necessity of the system. In the process, we have discussed with the party officials in different departments, collect the needs of the clients, get familiar with the flow of the development procedure of a party member, and complete the design and testing of the system independently. This paper makes use of structured methods. It discusses the meaning and research methods firstly. Then it introduces the procedure and related technologies used in the design. At last, it states the requirement analysis and the demanding information of clients by taking advantage of data flow graphs and transaction flow diagrams. According to the above, we make preliminary design, detailed design, and database design. What’s more, the modules are described by IPO charts. In the system implementation part, this article presents the main interfaces of system implementation and part of implemented codes of some functions. At last, I test the system. After testing, this system reaches the expected goals, runs well, and I find some maintenance methods at the same time. It is believed that this system can improve the level of party members in our college, and can fulfill the demands of the new situation.This thesis includes the system development environment, the overall summary of the development, design principles, implementation methods and the key techniques used in the system design.
