Research And Implementation Of Image Target Recognition Technology Based On Android

At present,enterprises and institutions use a good form of a fixed format of the evaluation form to the staff assessment and evaluation.Then the enterprises and institutions organize relevant personnel to fill in the form and make the staff members have data on the completed form.This way is a waste of time and error.Therefore,the use of computer technology to the field is very necessary.With the popularity of mobile smart phones and configuration performance,people more and more use of smart phones in the work and life.According to the statistics,Android system has become the most widely used operating system on mobile devices.Therefore,this paper designs an object recognition system based on Android,for a has been completed by the enterprise staff assessment chart,using the smart phone after shooting for image processing,then take the information in the image.Android system and OpenCV image processing library to effectively combine the information in the assessment table to automatically identify the information improved recognition efficiency and accuracy.And Android system has many mobile phone users,the system is easy to use.This paper first introduces the background and development of the enterprise employee appraisal system and discusses the related technical knowledge about the Android system and OpenCV.Then we discuss the process of image processing,including the steps of the acquisition,preprocessing,the location of the cell,the identification of the target character,and the algorithm used in each step.Aiming at the target character recognition,an image recognition method based on support vector machine(SVM)is proposed,and the template matching method proposed by others is carried out by experiments.In this paper,the method of image recognition based on support vector machine is proposed.Finally,the algorithm is applied to the project under the Android platform.Through the test in the actual environment,the feasibility of the algorithm is verified,and the system can run stably and achieve the desired effect.
