Study On Material Coding And Collecting Process Control Based On Master Data

Master data,which is also called baseline data,refers to the shared data in the system.It has high operation value,and is the sole,correct and authoritative data base source of the manufacturing enterprise.Along with the popularization of the information technology in our country,the established application systems in the manufacturing enterprises generally build a complete system within themselves,the uniform management and maintenance is lacking on the master data which can be captured and used by the systems among each others.To established a master data management platform which maintains the integrity,uniformity and relevance of the operation data using the management concept and technology of the master data,the effective management and control shall be performed to the code application,change and collecting on the material master data of the enterprises,to improve the product manufacturing and delivery schedule of the enterprises,to improve the data value,and to push operation innovation.This article analyzes and studies the management method of the master data during its whole lifecycle,using the key technology such as ESB/ETL,ETL etc.to establish the master data management platform with the unified database and management maintenance among the whole enterprise.To realize the management on the whole lifecycle of enterprise database with “single-collection,multiple-use” thoroughly and systematically,start the first attempt from simple enterprise informatization establishment to informatization enterprise establishment.It studies the current general system integration method,Web Service is adopted,the automatic transferring and code information transmitting between master data management platform and coding system is realized preliminarily;the information integration on single sign-on,uniform identity authentication and uniform to-do job is realized in portal system.Reserve the integration interface function to important operation system,to well make the preparation of the integration development of detailed key information such as EBOM,PBOM,process flow etc.This article makes a study on material coding application and change and the automatic collection process of material data attribute required by ERP based on the group standard and enterprise standard in enterprise coding system,separately solves following issues,such as the data lose and high error rate due to manual control during coding process,the complex data,the long collection period,nonconformity data,week relevance,illdefined responsibility,low operation efficiency etc.due to the material master data information exchange which mainly finished by handwork.
