Delicacy management and saving cost are of vital importance for the oil enterprises.Among all,mine material management is of most concern.Traditionally,material management relies on human labour,which has low reliability,frequent leakage,continual error,and incomplete statistics.In this regard,this paper carried out an analysis on how to use information technology to manage the downhole material.As a kind of enterprise level development framework,J2 EE has become the first choice of enterprise application software.Using the framework,this thesis designed and achieved the implementation of a finer downhole material management system.For the successful completion of the project,firstly,the author deeply and broadly analyzed the research background and current research trend of material management system both at home and abroad.After analyzing the demand of a finer system,the thesis described the key technology required by the new system.Following the description,the data model of the system was given,which consists of the system data flow,as well as the design of the system E-R diagram and database table structure.Base on the full demand analysis,UML modeling was built using the idea of software engineering.With the MVC three-layer framework,the code compilation process was completed.Finally,the design and implementation of user authentication,system management,basic data management,warehouse management,approval and application module were completed.A detailed test on the system was applied before the releasing the system,which included a functional test and a performance test,approving the effectiveness of the system.The design and development of downhole operation material management system has brought great change to the material management unit,saving the operating costs for enterprises,improving the efficiency in the use of materials,and standardizing material borrowing process and storage process.The system is approved to achieve delicacy management,reduction on management cost,improvement on the economic efficiency of enterprises,and at the same time,pushes on the informatization of petroleum enterprises,which have strong practical significance.
