During the real work life and production,some large machines frequently have a breakdown,caused by certain parts failures,which makes the whole project paralyzed.And it leads to bring huge losses to the industrial production.Under this situation,it is top urgent to process the reliable control research.Reliable control aims to design a controller,basing on possible failures.This controller can make the whole system stable whether there are obstacles or not.In recent years,reliable control research has gradually become mature.However,it was found that people have a higher request for a controller in some precision machines.People not only need system stability,but also need good transient characteristics.In the constant research,scholars found that the transient characteristics of the system has close connection with its poles.In order to make the system of poles distribution in the area we required,predecessors have introduced regional pole assignment.And the regional pole assignment can control the poles in a given area,so that we can get transient characteristics what we want.A large proportion of the current research in the field of control is the study of state feedback controller.And with the development of science,technology and calculated software,dynamic output feedback controller has gradually come into the control domain.However,it can be found that the various states of system are not measurable in the study of the state feedback control.It has caused great difficulty for the research and development of controller.As for dynamic output controller,it can be found that it will construct a relatively complex closed-loop system,which caused a lot of trouble to solve problems.For static output feedback,however,it has completely measurable system parameters,and the operation of the closed-loop system is also very concise.The main study contents of this article are as follows: the first chapter introduction,introduces the general research direction,and an overview of reliable control,static output feedback,pole assignment and linear matrix inequality(LMI).The second chapter basic knowledge of mathematics,introduces applying the basic concepts and lemma.The third chapter gives the design method and a numerical examples and simulation of the certain systems actuator failures with regional pole assignment and the static output feedback reliable controller.The fourth chapter studies design method and a numerical example and simulation of the uncertain systems actuator failures with regional pole assignment and the static output feedback reliable controller.
