Array antenna is developed rapidly to meet the high performance requirements of modern wireless communication.Its widespread application including military detection,marine navigation,mine searching and civilian radar.In this paper,the X-band transceiver array antenna with same aperture is discussed carefully.The frequency of receiving antenna and transmitting antenna should be same under the limited size.So antenna unit structure and features are analyzed.The final step is to discuss the method of improving antenna transceiver isolation.Two antenna arrays are showed out.The key content is the following:In this paper,the x-band transceiver array antenna on the same aperture is studied and designed.The final two array antenna has its own advantages and disadvantages.The main content of this apper has the following aspects:1.The analysis and design of antenna unit.Considering the various aspects including bandwidth,efficiency,volume and so on,Roger 4350 B is chose as the dielectric substrate of the microstrip antenna.Analysis the characteristics of the circular patch and rectangular patch.After comprehensive consideration of bandwidth,gain,size and other performance,the rectangular patch is chosen.Then according to different feeding methods,two array unit structures were designed — the stripline feed and coupling feed.Antenna designed in this paper all adopt multi-layer structure,which can effectively reduce the "radiation effect" of the feeding network,and broaden the bandwidth.2.Antenna pattern synthesis.Through the research and analysis of Dolph-chebyshev synthesis method,the array element spacing,excitation amplitude and phase and cell number and other important parameters are calculated.By simulation of HFSS,antenna overall layout is obtained and it lays a foundation for the design of feeding network.3.The analysis and design of feeding network.Choosing the T-type divider as feeding unit.Choosing reasonable spacing between output port,which can reduce the corner number of feeding network as far as possible.So the energy reflection will be reduced and the VSWR will be improved.Then taking the whole simulation and optimization,to make it conform to the requirements of the indicators.4.Adopting the ground plate cutting method to reduce the coupling effect of the stripline feeding transeiver array antenna.As the same time,a special isolation structure is designed to improve the isolation of the coupling feeding transeiver array antenna.Finally,the two array antenna are fabricated and tested.both of the isolation degree meet ?40 dB,which verify the effectiveness of the methods.After the carefully analysis and actual mesurement,array antenna meets the indicators.And this paper provides a effective reference and help to the design of array antenna.
