RFID(radio frequency identification)technology has become one of today's highly regarded high-tech with its accurate,efficient,fast and convenient performance.And it has very wide application prospects in the logistics,transportation,food safety,supply chain management and other industries.China's self-developed GB/T 28925-2012 "Information Technology Radio Frequency Identification Air Interface Protocol" was officially released and implemented in 2013,this has provided a standardized protocol for domestic enterprises to develop related products.2.45 GHz RFID technology has a longer identification distance,so that it has a wide range of applications in large warehouse management prospects.Under this background,this thesis designed a RFID reader based on GB/T 28925 national standard,The main contents of the thesis are as follows:1.Designing the overall goals and technical indicators according to the market and the actual needs: Supporting GB/T 28925 air interface protocol,Transmit power covering from-18 to 3 dBm,Receiving sensitivity is-90 dB,and so on.Introducing the hardware design of RF front-end circuit and baseband control circuit from the aspects of RFID technology development status,theoretical basis,design goal and technical indicators,hardware system scheme,key circuit design and software system design,and then achieving the Embedded software design based on this hardware development.2.RF front-end circuit uses a transceiver circuit structure,transmitter uses the direct up-conversion structure based on OQPSK modulation,receiver uses zero-IF receiver structure.Baseband control circuit Uses xilinx's zedboard as the development platform,the development board uses XC7Z020CLG48 as the main chip,the MCU,DDR,memory,SD card slot,USB port and other equipment are redesigned on a single circuit board to miniaturize baseband control circuit.3.In software,finishing the entire reader system embedded control program design in the ARM processor according to GB/T28925-2012 protocol,this program is used for completing the protocol data flow,controlling hardware Initialization for RF and base band module,and achieving interactive communication between the reader and the host computer.4.Through the build of the hardware test platform,the performance of components of RF front-end circuit and baseband control circuit of the portable national standard 2.45 GHz RFID reader were tested,and functional verification of the overall hardware were done.
