In recent years,with the rapid development of Cloud Computing and Internet of Things,the manufacturing industry has seen a new revolution.This has also created a requirement for manufacturing companies to improve the quality of their products while reducing the manufacturing costs at the same time.Thus,many companies have started to develop in the direction of Informatization and Intellectualization,which brings opportunities to the manufacturing management system.SMT(Surface Mount Technology)is a core part of modern manufacturing industry.Many manufacturing companies rise overnight,while very few of them are using this manufacturing management system.The intellectualized manufacturing management system is a connecting bridge between the management level and the production level.Therefore,having a SMT-oriented manufacturing management system has a great significance in promoting production efficiency and fortifying informatization.This dissertation uses Petri net to analyze the manufacturing order of four different production lines through organizing the basic manufacturing process,and the main functions of SMT are set clear,which include managing the staff,organizing materials and products,monitoring the state of SMT-related devices,and collecting information from and managing the in-production products.The system contains four modules: the staff-managing module,the material-managing module,the production and management module,and the data-collecting and data-analyzing module.According to the process of production,the most important procedure conducted by the production and management module is divided into three steps: the pre-production operation,the in-production operation,and the pro-production operation.The main part of the system is a web server based on the SSH framework.This system depicts the design and realization of the main modules by adopting methods such as case study,charts,graphs and so on.A highly efficient batch processing scheme,achieved by calling native method with JNI,is adopted to aim at a specific case,where data-analyzing module is required to dea l with massive data at once.In the test of functions and performance,all modules run effectively and smoothly,which can sufficiently meets every requirement of any SMT company that asks for high-efficiency and comprehensive management.
