Framework Design Of Vessel Traffic Management Information System For Intelligent Maritime

Since the financial crisis in 2008,the shipping economy has been growing from years of downturn,the mounts of global shipping trade is still a big part in imports and exports,about 80%to 90%,is of great contribution to the world economy.As a important apartment of Chinese government,Maritime Safety Administration get the task of insuring the safety of voyaging in the sea and protecting the environment of the sea.In recent years,lots of accidents in the sea caused the awareness of the government.Such as the sinking ships like SEWOL in South Korean a ship which carried illegal immigrant people and grounding cruise ship Costa Concordia and the tuning over and sink passenger ship,"dong fang zhi xing".How to make fully use of the achievement of informationization to make sure the safety of the sea is a difficult problem to be solved.To improve the ability to serve the public and monitor the vessel of the sea,the maritime administration makes use of network platform and built a lot of system such asVTS.AIS and LRIT,and played a very important role in it.This thesis use the idea of '"Intelligent Maritime"to accomplish lean management using the integration of information gathering from the sea~and provide sufficient support to navigator and the maritime administration.The research results are as follows:1.making a point of designing plan of vessel transport system based on the knowledge of "Intelligent Maritime"and "internet of things";2.accomplishing the framework design%data structure and model data of vessel transport system;3.making the design of subsystem of vessel transport system and so on.
