With the development of economy and science technology,broadcast and television technology has been rapid development,radio and television signals are now covered street alleys everywhere audible everywhere.In daily monitoring of radio and television broadcasting equipment,staff only simply record the data of various monitoring instruments,part of the data will be saved in the Excel sheet,no further analysis and processing of the data,emission measurement test reports simply store each link,no statistical analysis and evaluation this data.Aiming at the above problems,the establishment of a radio and television measurement data management system helps to improve the monitoring data and the measurement report management and statistical analysis of monitoring data,easy to understand the device performance in the various links,so that devices have always been able to run at their best,achieve effective coverage of the transmitter signal,and aired because it causes accidents can be prevented,for broadcast services.This system with the background of the monitoring work of radio and television,through in-depth analysis and Research on the monitoring work,combined with the system analysis,system design,from the data security and operational performance requirements of the system will be divided into two software,a data management system of the network structure,the system is mainly for monitoring data management,a system analysis of single query,the system is mainly used for data query and analysis,an important data in graphical form showing the query results.The two software of this system are use the MVC design pattern for software architecture.The front desk is developed using ASP.NET 2.0 and Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 as the development platform,development language is C#,the backstage database uses SQL Server 2005,IIS as the WEB server.
