At present,three coordinate measuring machine is the most widely used in the application of aircraft engine blade profile detection.With the development of computer technology,three coordinate measuring machine collect the specific reference points on the blade.The point cloud can be obtained by the upper computer software and it has more higher accuracy.But due to the large number of blades,a single blade is required to complete the detection for about 5~10 minutes making the detection of the period too long and increasing the production cost of the blade.For the above shortcomings,someone put forward that firstly using three coordinate measuring machine detect the blade,and usi-ng the non contact 3D vision measurement method detect the remaining blades.Comparing the results of two methods,if the error is smal er than a certain threshold,it is considered that the blade is qualified.As the line laser structured light measurement system can be measured by scanning,its speed is fast and easy to be used.The applicati-on and development is more and more necessary.This project is a coorperation project between Tianjin University college of precision instruments and Hexagon Metrology Technology(Qingdao)co.Ltd.The company provides a powerful hardware platform,and relies on the technology advantage of Tianjin University in this field.It has higher engineering application value and guiding significance.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Because of the limited measurement range of single line laser scanning measurement system.Put forward that using more sensor to avoid measuring blind area to improve measurement efficiency.(2)Make the mathematical model of line laser scanning measurement system.According to the technical parameters and the overall structure of the system,complete hardware system and software system development work.(3)By study on global calibration of multi-sensor measurement system and combine with actual experimental conditions,deriving the error compensation model considering that the system calibrationg error is mainly concentrated in the coordinate axis perpendicularity Error.Establishing the coordinate system transformation matrix.Complete global calibration by making up space overall indication error.(4)After the completion of global calibration system.Study on splicing methods and streamlined method of point cloud data.Using Geomagic to complete the point cloud data processing work.Complete system accurany verification by comparing the standard blade CAD model point cloud.
