Design And Implementation Of Flex Based Enterprise Collaboration Platform And Its User Usage Mining

With the rapid improvement of information technology, rich client has become more and more popular in web application. More and more enterprises use web, which is a media for driving e-business development, to improve the way of doing their business, and to improve the efficiency of communication with their clients. On the other hand, with the rapid increase of enterprise information platforms users, the problem that how to dig out useful knowledge from mass users usage has become the key problem for enterprise to discover new business opportunities and improve current business mode.This paper firstly introduced Flex technology and web usage mining. Then it did further analyses for the design of Flex based enterprise collaboration platform, including system architecture, client side design and the server side design based on J2EE framework. Besides, it proposed out a server side solution that Spring Framework integrates with BlazeDS and Hibernate is chosen as the data persistence layer framework. Meanwhile, it did the analyses for client reusable components library construction, Cairngorm framework improvements, deep linking for flex pages and client side performance improvements, and proposed out the detailed solutions. And then, according to enterprise requirements, this paper focused on the problem that how to implement user usage mining. It proposed a data collection framework based on flex client, and applied the ant colony clustering algorithm to do the clustering analysis for usage data, and finally we got useful knowledge of the backend services usage by clients.At last, this paper analyzed how to use Flex charting to do the visual analysis for users' usage data, constructed a visual component for cluster analysis based on Flex itself and integrated this visual component into enterprise collaboration platform.
