In recent years, SWCNTs and PANI has received lots of attention as its the excellent unique adsorption performance, researching flexible electrode based on SWCNTs has actual significance to develop new flexible electrode and broaden its applications. In this thesis, the conductivity and stretching properties of SWCNTs/Lycra and SWCNTs/PANI/Lycra composite fabric were analyzed and researched experimentally.The surface modification and dispersion treatment of conductive material, The composite conductive fabric was prepared by high temperature impregnation-drying method and solid color processing of composite fabric were using to obtain good adhesion, conductive and stability conductive fabrics.The microscopic analysis and characterization of composite fabric, and research the mechanical and electrical properties of composite conductive fabric in different tensile strength. The experimental results show that: the SWCNTs/Lycra composite fabric has remarkably stretching properties (a small sheet resistance 65ohms/?,which remains 65ohms/? at 35% tensile strain). SWCNTs/PANI/Lycra composite fabric provided high electrical conductivity (initial resistance value is 35ohms/?, tensile strain to maintain good conductivity in the range of 25%).Research the applications of the stretchable composite conductive fabric in flexible electronic field. The results show that: The stretchable composite conductive fabric has a good tensile property as a stretchable conductor. In addition,the stretchable composite conductive fabric can be combined with fabric sensor, the good combination and comfort of the fabric can be better to measure the finger bending degree. The preparation method of composite fabric is simple and low cost, and it has great potential applications in the future.
