With the rapid development of intelligent products,flexible strain sensor has been widely concerned by scholars due to its great potential application value in wearable devices and intelligent robots.In order to avoid the damage between sensitive unit and the external rigid electrode of the traditional sensor,the integrated strain sensor was prepared by integrating the flexible stretchable electrode and the sensitive unit.In this paper,the conductive and tensile properties of the integrated strain sensor and its property of electrodes are analyzed and experimentally studied.Single-walled carbon nanotubes and carbon black are dispersed in silicone rubber used as conductive nanocomposite material of sensing cell.Silver power and carbon black are dispersed in silicone rubber and adding sodium polystyrenesulfonate used as conductive nanocomposite material of electrode.The integrated strain sensor is fabricated through layer and layer coated electrodes and sensitive unit coating nanocomposite material on the core-spun elastic cotton.The electrode of integrated strain sensor is stretchable(20%),high conductivity(initial resistance to 1 ?),and the resistance of electrode remain unchanged after stretching.The integrated strain sensor has excellent linearity,repeatability,fatigue resistance and low temperature effect.The application of the integrated tension sensor in wearable devices is studied.The results show that the sensor has good compatibility with the existing fabric and clothing and can be used to monitor human body movement and identify the size of grasping objects.The multi-dimensional force detection structure is designed and manufactured.The results show that the structure can detect forces in the five directions of x,y,-x,-y and-z.The full-bridge circuit is used to improve the detection accuracy of the sensor,and the acceleration of the object and the density of the liquid are tested.The integrated strain sensor has the advantages of simple preparation method,low cost,short process cycle,and stretchable electrode and sensitive unit.
