In recent years,wearable electronic technology has set off a wave of heat at home and abroad,and more and more researchers have participated in the research.With the continuous development of textile material science,the combination of electronic fabrics with excellent conductivity and wearing comfort and electrode products in wearable flexible technology is gradually being applied and slowly entering the public's field of vision.In the process of ECG monitoring,fabric electrodes are responsible for converting the ionic potential generated by chemical activities in the human body into electrical signals that can be read by external equipment,so as to achieve the effect of measuring and collecting physiological signal data.However,there is an inevitable problem when the fabric electrode contacts the skin.Due to the special structure of the fabric electrode surface,it will not fit closely with the skin interface when it comes into contact with the human skin,resulting in the problem of large gaps in the contact interface.This will cause the electrical performance of the contact interface between the fabric electrode and the human skin to decrease,thereby deteriorating the collected physiological signals.In recent years,this problem has set off a wave of research in the field of flexible wearables.Therefore,this article optimizes the performance of the fabric electrode from the aspects of materials and preparation technology to achieve the effect of reducing the electrode-skin contact impedance,which has certain theoretical and practical significance for future family health monitoring and health care.In this paper,the corduroy fabric is used as the basic material,and the electroless silver plating method is used to explore the influence of various parameters of the process of coarsening,sensitization,activation and electroless plating on the surface properties of the corduroy fabric.After electroplating and chlorination modification treatment,the influence of electroplating voltage,time and sodium chloride concentration on the electrical properties of the corduroy fabric surface was explored;afterwards,it was assembled into fabric electrodes by hand-made molding method,and measured BIOPAC to compared the quality of the ECG signal by the corduroy fabric electrode in the different reagent doping state and the disposable gel electrode in the static state.Research indicates:(1)In the electroless silver plating process,the concentration of sodium hydroxide is selected to be 80g/L in the roughening process,the concentration of ammonium persulfate is selected to be 0.3mol/L in the sensitization process,and the concentration of silver nitrate is selected to be 1g/L in the activation process,the quality of silver nitrate is 3g in the electroless plating process,and the silver plating effect on the surface of the corduroy fabric is the best;(2)In the chlorination process,the electroplating voltage is 1.5v,the time is 60 s,and the sodium chloride content is 0.9%.The surface chlorination effect of the corduroy silver-plated conductive fabric is the best;(3)When the electrode positions are on the left rib,right rib and sternum,the corduroy fabric electrode only has the static measurement effect of the ECG signal when the conductive paste is added,which is equivalent to the disposable gel electrode;when the electrode position is in the left and right chest and the right rib,whether the corduroy fabric is added with the medium or not,the measurement effect of the ECG signal is equivalent to that of the disposable gel electrode.
