With the rapid development of social economy and urbanization construction.People's awareness on traffic safety is increasingly improved,people's safety consciousness is higher and higher,automotive safety technology is toward automotive auxiliary visual system of intelligent direction.On-board panoramic imaging system is to solve the problem of car blind spot in a new generation of automotive auxiliary safety equipment,it is even more important than the existing vehicle video sensors have broad,clear visual effect.On-board panoramic display system is designed to make drivers more security in the process of driving,parking,real-time show the driver vehicle around a panoramic view of a bird's eye view of the image,let the driver know the location of the obstacles around the vehicle and pedestrian and vehicle distance,to ensure the real time control of the vehicle drivers around,eliminate the driver's blind spots and blind Angle.The current vehicle panoramic imaging system widely used 300000 pixels CMOS image sensor chip,this subject presents a 1 million-pixel HD car panoramic imaging system.It through around the car set up to cover the four vehicles all around the field wide Angle camera,around 360 degrees for the bodies of the real-time multi-channel video image acquisition and processing through the on-board panoramic auxiliary parking system to get a picture including road conditions surrounding the vehicle body vertical view,visually presents the vehicle's position and the situation around.Let the pilot know see if vehicles around obstacles and relative orientation and distance of obstacles of understanding,to help the driver to easily parked vehicles.Not only is intuitive,but there are no blind spots.This topic will be OV10635 CMOS as an example in this paper,the system composition,the hardware design of on-board panoramic imaging system,system debugging,software debugging platform design,debug camera image quality,etc were studied.First of all,this design USES a new type gaze view panoramic imaging technology,the fisheye lens imaging,can realize the horizontal,vertical 210 degrees 360 degrees ultra wide Angle imaging.Then according to the requirement of the panoramic imaging system selects the OmniVision OV10635 OV10635 CMOS image sensor chip,using Cadence software for on-board panoramic system schematic diagram design,including the design of the power supply module,the design of the peripheral circuit,the processing and the study of four layers PCB layout.Finally,based on the freescale microcontroller MC9SQE8RM software debugging platform,through the debugging platform of on-board panoramic camera image quality control adjustment,and finally to obtain the high quality image.
