With the development of economy, whether the city itself is also a business unit, the car ownership increases in to break, but for most enterprises, the vehicle has increased, but the management level still stays in the time of planned economy, the car went to the office to play for, look for the leadership of the signing, took the car keys, the method is backward, inefficient. While the vehicle management has always been a tedious and must deal with the daily management of the enterprise, a link is indispensable in the enterprise management, management is good or bad, will also affect the enterprises to carry out normal business operations. But for a long time, the enterprise has always been to the traditional manual way of vehicle management, this management way has many shortcomings and loopholes.Based on the analysis of the problems of vehicle management on the basis of suiheng Yun, the radio frequency identification technology is applied to the vehicle management, developed a vehicle management system, the purpose is to let the vehicle to get rid of the backward mode of traditional suiheng Yun management vehicle management, vehicle management costs are low, higher efficiency, so that enterprises in the management of vehicles the more close to the modern and scientific. This article from the enterprise’s actual business needs, analysis of the business needs, in the early construction of vehicle management system, for the system is divided into several basic functions, the following are:basic information management, vehicle management, vehicle management, import car repair, car application management, cost management, basic information management, system management function. And the function of each module are analyzed carefully, using the class diagram, sequence diagram and so on the main function of the specific design, in the design of the database, mainly by the entity class diagram, E-R diagram and database table structure to detailed design. Finally, this thesis summarized the contents of the research, and explains the main work of my thesis, points out the shortcomings and deficiencies, and the direction of further work is prospected.
