Uterine contraction and fetal heart rate is an important physiological characteristic of pregnancy,but also a very important clinical examination parameters.Changes of Uterine pressure caused by Uterine contraction will directly affect the uterine blood circulation and flow and it will damage fetus when not normally.Abnormal fetal heart rate means fetal heart rate too slow or too fast and it shows how serious fetal hypoxia is.Clinically,abnormal uterine contractions and abnormal fetal heart rate is often a precursor of preterm or abortion of the aura symptoms,and we can find potential risk timely in pregnant women by monitoring contractions and fetal rate to prevent premature birth or abortion.The development of the times makes people put forward higher requirements on the level of medical services.Pregnant women want medical care can be more convenient,able to achieve home care mode,and mobile internet technology combination of medical technology makes this monitoring mode possible.This paper designs and implements a more portable home monitoring system,composed of intelligent hardware monitoring terminal,client APP,Web server and other components for uterine contraction and fetal heart rate to meet the need of monitoring by pregnant women to confirm whether the fetus is in normal.This paper focuses on the design and achievement of intelligent hardware monitoring terminal,able to process and analyze data of uterine contraction and fetal heat rate by algorithm to achieve real-time home monitoring.At the same time,a matching client APP and Web server are also designed and developed to display detailed graph of uterine contraction and fetal heart rate.By sharing data with remote cooperative medical institutions to have a further diagnosis,the system in this paper can greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of diagnosis.This paper mainly completes the following several aspects:1.Design of hardware circuit terminal: design and implement a reliable hardware circuit,mainly including the processing circuit of uterine contraction and fetal heat rate,MSP430 MCU core control circuit,Bluetooth wireless transmission circuit,FLASH memory circuit,power management circuit,display and voice reminder circuit,and so on to reduce signal interference,and achieve a reliable signal acquisition and pretreatment.2.Program design of hardware terminal based on MSP430MCU: algorithm analysis of uterine contraction and fetal heart rate is mainly developed,making up two functional modules of uterine contraction and fetal heart rate.In addition,the working mode control module,data storage and processing module,the data wireless transmitter module,prompt alarm module,low power control module are also designed to achieve the contractions and fetal heart rate data analysis,storage,processing,diagnostic results suggest.3.Design of client and server side: functions of the client mainly include the main monitoring interface module,the data record and upload module,the personal center management module and so on to achieve monitoring records upload data,and generate inspection report.Server side functions mainly consist of the login management module,data storage module,examination report and so on to share data with remote medical services institutions.4.System functional verification and clinical test design: in this paper,all kinds of function modules are verified by designed test.Core processing algorithm is optimized constantly via extensive testing and simulation in Visual C++2010 and Matlab.Several times with the cooperative hospital for clinical testing makes the system more clinical practicality.Palm-type pregnant women home monitoring system based on smart phone in this paper,makes it possible to monitor uterine contraction and fetal heart rate continuously at home.Diagnostic results are given when using it referring to clinical criteria,so that pregnant women can know the health status of themselves and fetus.At the same time,this system can share data with remote cooperative medical institutions to diagnose the abnormal situation further,thus in fact realizing the concept of pregnant examination at home.
