By continuously enhancing the strength in marine development,based on the transition of the navy`s strategic target from offshore to the high sea,China's cognition and request on the acoustic characteristics of sediments in targeted areas will for sure grow constantly as well.Thus,it will definitely put forward higher requirements on the stability and precision of the acoustic in-situ measurement system.By taking into consideration the nationalization of marine technologies and equipment,it is absolutely necessary to realize the independent development of the acoustic in-situ measurement system and improve corresponding measurement technologies.By focusing on the significance of relevant applications in terms of the submarine resource exploration and selection of the bottoming location of submarines,including the acoustic characteristics of submarine sediments,the article has researched and analyzed the shortcomings of the existing acoustic sediment in-situ measurement systems in both domestic and international markets,designed and realized the deep-sea sediment acoustic in-situ measurement and control system that providing a real-time monitoring model and a self-contained working model while being compatible with 2 sets of mechanical equipment simultaneously.The article has mainly accomplished the following tasks: software and hardware design of the underwater section and the man-machine interface software design for the deck section.The underwater measurement and control system mainly consist of the main control system as well as the data collection and storage system,and is cored on the STM32F103VCT6 and STM32F407VET6 microprocessors in order to realize various functions of electric motor control,sensor data collection,underwater video monitoring and control,working log storage and the like;whereas the man-machine interface software design consists of the host computer software for system operation,host computer software for self-contained model data return and data post-processing software.The subsequent parts of the article has introduced the hardware design of the system in details,including the power supply management circuit,micro-processing core circuit,network data interface circuit,system attitude collection circuit,serial communication and isolation circuit,analog quantity collection circuit,digital quantity collection circuit,relay controlling circuit,SD card storage circuit etc.,and described in details the design ideas of the embedded software of corresponding section,the design scheme of host computer software,and briefly introduced the functions that have been realized.In the end,the system designed and realized by the article has successfully passed the laboratory workshop commissioning and the sea trial in the Yellow Sea,which have demonstrated that the entire system is capable of normally and steadily accomplishing the measurement tasks and satisfying the design requirement.
