Along with the increasing proportion of the marine resources exploration in the world economy development,the research and development of the marine engineering equipment is also advancing.Marine engineering equipment plays a very important role in marine management,development and protection.It not only embodies the national comprehensive science and technology level and the marine competitiveness,but also can be an important support for the construction of marine economy and the actualization of sustainable development.Referring to the current issue of the increasing demands for the efficiency and stability during running process and function diversity of subsea sampling equipment,an underwater equipment oriented measurement and control system based on distributed management is designed in this paper.The overall structure and design of the system is described and the hardware design of the underwater measurement and control system,the software design of the underwater measurement and control system,the software design of the operating platform monitoring system and the system debugging and testing are realized in this paper.The underwater system adopts the distributed measurement and control structure,distributing the whole function into a set of system with specific function through the function division Equipped with an isolated CAN transceiver,each system uses STM32F407ZET6 as the core processor,taking the method of board access to connect to the CAN bus network so as to realize the centralized-distributed structure under the management of the main management system.The hardware design of the underwater system includes the hardware design of the main management system,the power management system,the control system,the acquisition system as well as the design of system power supply.The software design of the underwater system realizes functions of the management level that includes network communication based on Lw IP protocol stack,the power monitoring,the local data storage,serial data receiving and processing.It also realizes functions of the measurement control level that includes the data acquisition,system control and feedback.Besides,the data communication on CAN bus is realized.The design of the operating platform monitoring system takes use of Visual Studio as IDE.It mainly realizes functions of the front page display,the information interactive with underwater system,the data processing and real-time display,the external system control,the data storage and so on.At last,this system is tested from the both aspect of hardware and software in the laboratory environment.Test results indicate that the system runs steadily and efficiently and all designed functions are implemented.It can provide an efficient and sustainable measurement and control platform for underwater equipment.At last,tests from the aspect of hardware and software is completed in the laboratory environment and the stability of the system and the effectiveness of all measurement and control functions are verified.It meets the demands of the systems design and it can provide a highly efficient and stable measurement and control platform for underwater equipment.
