The paper designs and develops a Distributed Measurement and Control Unit based on multi-MCU on the basis of the research of the computer measurement and control technology and the distributed technology. This Measurement and Control Unit adopts the dual-bus topology structure of multi-MCU,realizing reasonable distribution of function and location, with easy expansion, flexible configuration, versatility, high cost-performance and very good interaction. This Measurement and Control Unit can be set up for different performance and reliability according to the actual situation, with versatility design. Comprehensively applies a variety of software and hardware anti-jamming technology to design the Measurement and Control Unit, improving its reliability. The communication protocol designed in this paper satisfies the requirements of general industry control. Through the test,it achieved the anticipated design requirement and obtained good effect in the actual application of measurement and control system, with good value of application and popularization.
