The steel plant low calorific value gas used by Gas-Steam Combined Cycle Power generation unit(referred to as CCPP),is the most advanced and widely used environmental protection technology.Qiangang Company for the most efficiency of the gas,reduce the environment pollution,and achieved the virtuous circle of the circular economy.Introduction a set of Mitsubishi M701S(DA)type gas turbine generator set.As new equipment introduced,the research and master of the unit control system,became the important conditions of guarantee long-term,stable and efficient operation.In this paper,CCPP units of Shougang Qiangang Steel Company as the research object.Studied the control system of M701S(DA)gas turbine.Combined with the characteristics of unit operation and analysis of the unit control system DIASYS Netmation design concepts,structures,characteristics and main control functions.Combined the advanced design concept of APS generator set control system.Analyzed the operation characteristics of APS combined with functional groups,parsing the order control strategy of Qiangang steel CCPP units.Through analysis the principle,structure and design idea of gas turbine.Combined each subsystem related control logic diagram.Detailed study the load automatic adjustment control speed control,temperature control and the control strategy of rev machine process.Through the analysis the function of the steam turbine bypass control system,running condition,show the bypass control system of steam turbine bypass system logic and behavior are suitable for combined cycle unit.Realized the automatic control of different stages equipment operation mode.And given the fixed value form,parameter setting,protect and artesian logic design.Make the operation personnel to better grasp the characteristics of the bypass system of unit operation,and provide important theory and practice basis for accident analysis.Finally,research the realization of the control system method.To parse module algorithm of the control system and utilized.Combined with practical production field failure.Through the analysis of the unit during startup control strategies.Quickly solved the unit start-up failure after overhaul.Shows that the unit control strategy research has important guiding significance in the practical production.
