Normally,most acquisition systems which belong to existing personal identity information acquisition systems is using in where community centers and hospitals and police offices are.It can only providing manual collection on the spot of personal identity information.For example,when collecting fingerprint information as a part of personal identity information,community residents must go to the community center workstations or police offices to get their fingerprint collected and inputted.This traditional way of data information collection is very inconvenient for the residents who lived far away from the community centers and police offices.To solve the above problems,the following contents are studied in this paper:First of all,the overall structure design of the system is carried out,divided the system's function in to several parts: personal identity information's fingerprint acquisition;the processing of data information after collecting fingerprint information;the wireless data transmission of data information after processing the data information;the data processing of received data information.Then,this article designed different parts of the system.This design has realized: a)Wireless personal fingerprint information collection system based on DSP and the system can send and receive data information by the type of wireless transmission,this is very convenient for community residents who want to use the system in any place in the community.b)After the process of normalization?block direction?binaryzation? thinning?feature points extraction?edge division?feature points extraction after edge division,this article has got part of the feature points in the original image.Users can use this system in their home to collect fingerprint information and then send the fingerprint information.The community centers' computers connected to this system can got the information.By the way of using MATLAB's program,community center workstations' computer operators extracted feature points and at the same time stored them in fingerprint feature's library.To users who use this system this is very convenient.Finally,hardware design and software program of different parts of the system have been given,fingerprint acquisition and wireless data transmission have been realized,the circuit diagram of different parts have been given.After wireless data transmission and successful fingerprint acquisition and comparision of user's fingerprint with acquired fingerprint.By the result of the comparison to demonstrated the feasibility of the design.
