With the development of cognitive science and pedagogy,online training has been becoming popular gradually.The knowledge transfer interfaces of cognitive learning model in traditional training system were weak on self-maintenance,which could not meet the needs of frequent changes and additions about banking business.Therefore,it is very important to develop an intelligent interface development framework which is suitable for the trainees to study and the teachers to compile the interface by themselves.In addition,learning can not be separated from the evaluation,because the scientific and reasonable evaluation can guarantee the training quality.However,the traditional learning evaluation methods did not reflect the idea of "the development of students is served as the core standard of evaluation".To solve these problems above,this paper has mainly studied the cognitive learning model and cognitive student evaluation model about bank specific position and applied them to develop the new generation simulation training system of China Construction Bank,which could provide effective support for trainees to conduct effective and efficient learning.The main research contents and results of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)A large number of relevant literature was consulted,the learning model,the student model and the online learning evaluation at home and abroad were studied and investigated,the existing problems of current network teaching system construction and the current situation about online learning evaluation were analyzed and summarized,and the main goal of this article was established.(2)According to the different relationship between the students and the learning object,three basic kinds of the cognitive learning model were researched.Through comparing and analyzing three types of the cognitive learning model,and combining the characteristics of the network learning and the business knowledge,the most suitable cognitive learning model for trainees were selected scientifically.(3)The theoretical foundation of correlative algorithms for determining weights were studied,and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Partial Correlation Analysis(PCA)were adopted to quantify the weight of evaluation indicators.Among them,the AHP algorithm was improved in this paper.If the consistency of the pairwise comparison matrix was not qualified inAHP,the proposed algorithm could identify the biggest different elements in the pairwise comparison matrix constantly through the circulation,and give the recommended modification value of the element each time.The proposed algorithm could make up for the defects of AHP in the aspect of consistency adjustment.(4)Aiming at the deficiency of traditional cognitive student model,this study established a expanded cognitive student model based on the traditional cognitive student model.According to its logical composition,the fuzzy PCA and fuzzy improved AHP were used to establish the students' cognitive evaluation model of the unit and the comprehensive evaluation model of the subject.The model could make more appropriate description about the students' cognitive ability and obtain comprehensive evaluation scores.(5)The framework of training system and detailed functions of each module was constructed by analyzing all requirement as well as taking into consideration that the bank trainees nationwide and the training teachers were the main application objects.In this paper,a framework of cognitive learning interface development framework were proposed,which used custom template,model description language and parsing engine.Students' cognitive interface in the learning model was made to order professionally by using the framework.Facts proved that better results were gained.Therefore,it has a certain practical value.(6)Based on the technical route of J2 EE technology,template-driven technology,distributed technology and load balance technology,the new generation of simulation training system was developed and realized with the idea of flexible thinking.Using the evaluation model which was integrated into the system,the gathered learning data of the trainees were processed and analyzed,which verified the rationality and credibility of the algorithm.It also fully argued that the system could realize the intelligent evaluation of students and met the construction target of guiding students to learn from the presented results.
