In recent years,the worldwide frequent natural disasters and emergencies bring emergency communication rescue to wider attention.Normally,common communication facilities and network would probably be damaged reversely and wires and 3G that people used in the daily life would become unavailable.Areas hit by emergent disasters would turn into an inland isolated by any information.The most pressing is to recover the lowest standard communication connect when natural disasters or emergencies come without any sign.To solve this problem,this paper explores the idea of narrowband gateway in mobile emergency communication that connects smart mobile termination and short-wave radio or wire telephone.This paper explores the development of emergency communication at home and abroad in the context of actual demand.In the past,to achieve remote communication,various equipment and networks are needed when emergency communication are gathering communication data,images,audios and video,etc.While,this paper presents an idea that develops narrow-band gateway within emergent smart gateway using Qt Creator development platform in the system of Ubuntu,on the basis of adopting pcDuino and Asterisk.Using intelligent mobile terminal to send emergent message,just like using WeChata,mobile short message application developed by Tencent,it delivers emergent date such as text messages,images,audios to short-wave radio via narrow-band communication gateway.This helps to make emergent information achievable to command center.This system has solved many unexpected problems and achieved anticipated result during development through constantly improving demand,optimizing algorithm and complete testing.The system is able to perform narrowband data emergency communication of data,images and audios.In the conclusion,this paper provides objective and comprehensive assessment together with improvement suggestions.
